miuchi, Inc.(Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) has been providing services to influencers at TaishoSushiMaking, a nigiri experience operated by miuchi KK in collaboration with Shota Atago, aka Taisho Atago, since May 2024.

Each of them is an influencer in the international exchange field and is also active as an artist.

 

Ten kinds of sushi items, including flying fish, toro (fatty tuna), salmon, and egg, which are popular among foreign tourists, were prepared directly from the Toyosu wholesaler, along with original red rice made from a blend of rice from a three Michelin-starred sushi restaurant. The event was a great opportunity for participants who had never made sushi before to enjoy the authentic taste of sushi.
